What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing, which we also refer to as Esoteric Healing, works through your body’s subtle energy fields to restore balance and vitality. This complementary therapy recognises that stress, ill health or ‘dis-ease’ often begin when energy is blocked or becomes stuck - and that by supporting the free flow of energy through the body, health and wellbeing can be restored.
How does Energy Healing work?
This form of Energy Healing begins with a meditative alignment process to connect to a universal source of healing. A practitioner will then tune into their client’s energy field via the main centres - or chakras - to allow healing energy to flow, clear and balance. This includes focus to the physical glands and systems of the body - as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects - to support holistic health and homeostasis and restore equilibrium.

Teachers Training Pathway
The INEH Teachers’ Training pathway prepares experienced practitioners to pass on the teaching of Esoteric Healing.
Candidates are mentored by senior tutors and assessed on knowledge, ethics and ability to hold group energy in alignment.
Graduates join a global network of INEH teachers offering courses in over 20 countries, sharing a common syllabus and the same foundation of love, service and scientific precision.

Our Commitment
Accreditation and standards to safeguard trust, care and integrity in Energy Healing.
All INEH healing practitioners have to complete two years of training – which includes the successful submission of coursework, case studies and an interview assessment - before they can become accredited.
Once accredited, practitioners can then join the group INEH insurance scheme, which provides professional insurance cover for safer practice when working with members of the public.
Our aim is simple: to uphold public trust, protect the reputation of Energy Healing, and create a safe, nurturing environment where true healing can flow.
