Accreditation & Standards

To safeguard trust, care and integrity in Energy Healing.

All INEH healing practitioners have to complete two years of training - which includes the successful submission of coursework, case studies and an interview assessment - before they can become accredited.

Once accredited, practitioners can then join the group INEH insurance scheme, which provides professional insurance cover for safer practice when working with members of the public.

INEH members also have access to continuing professional development and peer support to help ensure their practice remains connected and can incorporate new techniques and approaches to benefit clients. They also have access to an active community online group, and receive newsletters and a professional journal twice a year.

The INEH UK are members of The Confederation of Healing Organisations (CHO), a charity that advances the practice of healing, promoting its benefits as a recognised complementary therapy by providing education, research and information to all group members – as well as wider audiences of healthcare practitioners and society as a whole. Trustees of the INEH UK participate in CHO meetings and the AGM, and can contribute to help shape the whole healing sector, share new information and ensure professional practice and regulations are upheld.

Professional Code of Conduct

Every INEH healing practitioner must agree to abide by a Code of Conduct, which sets out clear commitments to ensure that Energy Healing is always practiced with safety, dignity and integrity.

Our aim is simple: to uphold public trust, protect the reputation of Energy Healing, and create a safe, nurturing environment where true healing can flow.

Healing with respect.

Practitioners offer energy gently, never force it, and always honour the client’s free will and highest good.

Your wellbeing first.

We act in ways that promote health, protect safety and foster each client’s independence and self-healing.

Clear and ethical practice.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure. We work alongside - not instead of - medical professionals.

Confidential and compassionate.

What you share with your healing practitioner stays private, unless safety or safeguarding requires otherwise.

Inclusive and non-judgemental

We respect every client’s dignity, uniqueness and spiritual beliefs.

Ongoing responsibility.

Practitioners commit to maintain their own spiritual practice, professional learning and alignment.

Special care with children and animals.

We always follow UK law: medical advice must be sought first, and veterinary consent is required before working with animals.

Professional standards.

We keep clear records, provide safe spaces, communicate fees fairly, and never exploit the healing relationship.
