‘Energy Healing for All’ with Helen Frankland & Dr Shideh Pouria

An opportunity to experience Energy Healing and find out more about the accredited four-part INEH course that Helen and Shideh plan to start teaching later in the year. Held at Heronsgate Hall, Nottingham Road, Chorleywood, Hertfordshire on Saturday 19 September from 10.00 to 15.00, this free event will include:
• Simple meditation
• Aligning the different aspects of yourself into the present moment
• Working as a group
• Sensing subtle energies with your hands, and allowing your own energies and those around you to come into balance
• Some subtle anatomy of the body

Afternoon taster event in September and October (exact dates TBC) with Susannah Lawson
INEH teacher and healing practitioner Susannah Lawson will be running a taster day in Hampshire for anyone keen to experience how Energy Healing works, learn more about meditation practice, and find out about the full INEH course that Susannah will start teaching later in 2026.

Small practice groups meet throughout the year for meditative study and shared healing work.

INEH member and healing practitioner Vicki Marston runs a free online healing meditation on the first Saturday of each month from 9am to 10.15am.
