New Moon Meditations (Monthly)
The new moon marks the start of each lunar cycle, which is an energetically supportive time to make plans, look ahead and seek inner inspiration. INEH members and friends receive an email reminder before each new moon.

Full Moon Meditations (Monthly)
At the full moon, spiritual energies are more available, so meditation and invocation can be particularly effective. INEH members and friends receive a monthly email with more information including the astrological sign, element, keynote and timing guidance.

First of the Month – Invitation to Self-Healing
INEH members are invited to dedicate time on the 1st of each month for personal healing - balancing our own etheric centres (chakras), which can not only support health and wellbeing but also result in a beneficial ripple through the global etheric network of humanity.
Suggested practice
The Basic Balance - a short, guided self-healing practical (spoken by INEH founding member and retired teacher Dinah Lawson) for those with a basic knowledge of the chakra system. A reminder email with the audio link is sent to members.
Weekly Radiatory Group Healing
Join our international network of healers in a weekly meditative service to send healing energy to all those who have requested it (all INEH members and teachers welcome). For those new to healing who’d welcome some healing support, you can sign up to receive free weekly sessions from this group of dedicated healers.
